Real Deal Empyre LLC ("Real Deal Empyre," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through realdealempyre.com, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
1. What We Collect
When you request a free audit, buy the Fix-It Blueprint, subscribe to the Core Offer, or start a website build, we collect what you actually give us through those forms — typically your business name, your name, email address, phone number (if provided), your website (if you have one), and details about your business needs (target audience, competitors, content, and similar project details for a website build).
We do not collect your payment card number directly — that goes straight to Stripe, our payment processor, which handles it under its own security standards. We never see or store your raw card details.
2. How We Use It
We use what you give us to:
- Actually perform the audit or build the Blueprint/site you requested
- Deliver and bill for the Core Offer subscription or website build
- Communicate with you about your account, project, or purchase
- Keep basic business records (bookkeeping) for the services we've provided
We don't use your information for anything beyond running this business and delivering what you asked for.
3. Who We Share It With
We use a small number of real, named third-party services to actually run this business — we don't sell your data to anyone, ever:
- Stripe — processes all payments. Stripe has its own privacy policy governing your payment data.
- Brevo — sends transactional emails (audit findings, purchase confirmations, account communication) on our behalf.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website, handles our email routing and DNS, and provides the privacy-first, cookieless site analytics described in Section 4.
- Wave — our internal bookkeeping system, used to record transactions for accounting purposes. Not client-facing.
Each of these providers only receives what's needed for them to do their specific job (e.g., Stripe only sees what's needed to process a payment). We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't run ads or tracking pixels that hand your data to ad networks.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This site doesn't set its own tracking or analytics cookies, and doesn't use advertising cookies of any kind. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set a small number of technical/security cookies (like bot-protection cookies) purely to keep the site running safely — these aren't used to track you across other sites.
We do use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see real, aggregate numbers on how this site is used — total visits, which pages get viewed, and general traffic sources. It's built to be privacy-first: it doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you individually, and can't identify you across visits or across other websites. We use it to understand whether the site itself is working, not to track you personally.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for as long as we're actively providing you Services, plus a reasonable period afterward for our own business and tax records. If you'd like your information deleted sooner (and we're not required to keep it for a legal/accounting reason), contact us and we'll take care of it.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to see what information we have about you, correct anything that's wrong, or request that we delete it (subject to what we're legally required to retain for accounting purposes). Just email us — see Section 8.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
